This research aims to design a new manufacturing system for NHP 4.0 organization to avoid dependency on third-party products and improve customer satisfaction. The current working architecture of the organization relies on products from other companies, leading to a lack of trust and confidence with customers. The research will focus on identifying the problems in the current system, designing a new manufacturing system, increasing profit and turnover, and minimizing interdependency. The study will also explore the impact of organization culture change on employee performance and the need for manufacturing products in-house.
