Executive Summary
NHP 4.0 Company is a solution provider which deals with the delivery of products
developed by other industries to the correspondent customers. They are not able to
build trust and confidence with the customers as they are selling products developed
by the other companies. Owner of the organization is looking forward to transform
the organization culture by developing their own production and manufacturing
system which helps in providing right product to the right customers. NHP 4.0
organization is facing problem in fulfilling the requirement and demand of the
customers as their functioning depends on the delivery of products from the other
companies located at Europe, China, Asia, USA, and Australia. Aim of the research
is to design a new manufacturing system for the NHP 4.0 organization so that
manufacturing and designing of the product through the third party can be avoided.
Continuous improvement plan is the basic need of every business to remain ahead
of the market competitors. Performance of the employees gets enhanced by
providing relevant training and development program. Authority and control policies
are provided to the employees to take decision to overcome the complex situation.
Research design helps in building the strategy for collecting relevant data from
various sources to give better outcome of the research. Qualitative and quantitative
methodology is planned for systematic collection of data. Good quality of data is
collected from the interview session which is applicable for giving direction to our
research and find out the flaws and gaps in the current working model of the
organization. From the survey, we are able to conclude that the 56% of the
employee performance get affected due to the change of business process by
indulging new manufacturing unit in the NHP 4.0. Mapping of the data collected
helps in evaluating the success and accuracy of the information. It helps in
evaluating the significant outcome of research to identify the impact of change in
organization culture on the performance and job satisfaction of the working
employees to increase return on investment. Research study is limited to the
perception and views of the participant to identify the flaws and significance of the
new environment and organization change in affecting the performance of the
employee and enterprise. It can be concluded that Mastering the organization
change helps in achieving sustainability and shaping the working environment

according to the requirement and demand of the enterprise. It is recommended to
design new manufacturing unit for the NHP 4.0 industry so that interdependency on
the other organization for the product can be minimized by manufacturing our own
products according to the requirement placed by the customers. New design helps in
bridging the gaps between the customer requirement and business process used to
design the required product.

Chapter 1: Introduction
Background
NHP 4.0 Company is a solution provider which deals with the delivery of products
developed by other industries to the correspondent customers. They are having their
head-quarters at Illawarra. Existing working architecture of the organization focuses
on collecting products from various companies belonging to Europe, China, Asia,
USA, and Australia and stores them at warehouse. Asset manager links with the
wholesaler for the distribution of the product to the end users are per their
requirement. Interdependency and flow of information are the major risks which are
associated with the current working program of the NHP 4.0 Company. They are not
manufacturing their own products because they are not possessing own designer,
production team, manufacturing team, and service delivery team. The business is
facing degradation in the earning of profit and decreasing turnover of the company.
Potential earning of the organization get affected due to the black box integrated
selling model (Zaglago, and et.al., 2013). They are not able to build trust and
confidence with the customers as they are selling products developed by the other
companies. Owner of the organization is looking forward to transform the
organization culture by developing their own production and manufacturing system
which helps in providing right product to the right customers. High satisfaction and
confidence of the customers helps in increasing the turnover of the enterprise
(Wang, and Hu, 2016). Supply chain of the products gets enhanced by managing
vertical markets and fostering delivery of products with good quality and time.
Continuous improvement plan is the basic requirement of every organization to
increase their bonding with the customers and achieve long term sustainability.
Competitive advantage can be gained by initializing innovations in the working
environment of the business model. Mastering the organization change helps in
achieving sustainability and shaping the working environment according to the
requirement and demand of the enterprise. Excellence can be achieved by bringing
coordination, communication, ethical standards, employee contribution, and change
in process (Tomomitsu, Carvalho, and Moraes, 2018). It is required to develop a new
system design for the NHP 4.0 to foster their own manufacturing unit which helps in

reducing the interdependency on the other organization to fulfil the requirement
raised by the customers. Requirement of the customers are fulfilled on time which in
turn develops good and healthy relationship between the company and consumers
to retrieve profit.
Problem Domain
NHP 4.0 organization is facing problem in fulfilling the requirement and demand of
the customers as their functioning depends on the delivery of products from the other
companies located at Europe, China, Asia, USA, and Australia. They are not having
their own manufacturing units which make them to develop product according to the
demand of customers. They are not manufacturing their own products due to which
business is facing degradation in the earning of profit and decreasing turnover of the
company. There are two major problems which the company face in completing their
day to day operations which are interdependency and flow of information. It is
required to create a system design for the incorporation of the manufacturing unit
within the current working system of the enterprise.
Opportunity
Owner of the company is going to setup new manufacturing system in the working
curriculum of the enterprise. This program provides new opportunities to the
employees to show their talent and expertise in knowing the requirement of
customers and design a product accordingly. Research program helps us to identify
the requirement, resources used, changes in the infrastructure, time period, and cost
estimation to change the business tactics into the new platform which helps the
owner to design and approve required budget for the development and completion of
the project. Generation of new ideas, thoughts, and vision helps in improving the
organization performance and production system (Mossalam, and Arafa, 2016).
Privilege is given on identifying the pros and cons of transforming the organization
culture and system of working (Lipsanen, 2015). New system helps in gaining
competitive advantage. Identification of need and requirement of indulging
manufacturing of the product in the working curriculum of organization helps in
developing required cost estimation and budget.
