PID is the document which is known as a project foundation document of an organization. This
is generally defines as a referencing document for whole project. Some of the element of project
initiation document are budget, objective, key staff and stakeholder analysis.

Approach
Phased Approach is the approach which will be used by the project manager with the
purpose of finding out the outcome of the project. Reason behind the same is that with the help
of the phased approach project manager will be dividing the different work in different phase
(Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Project team will look to complete the project by
completing all the phases one by one in the organization. As project manager used to be in
regular touch with the faculty. Manager can check the progress of project with the manager after

completion of every phase. This approach will help company in resisting the change easily as
learning are generally done in starting stage.
Phase 1: Core team of the project will be formed in the organization which will includes Project
manager, Project sponsor, Resource manager, Team leader.
Phase 2: Different resources are procured in the organization to carry out operation of the
project in the organization.
Phase 3: New seating arrangement are decided by the project sponsor manager and facilty
management.
Phase 4: Construction of new hall in the project by the project team. Project manager will make
different plan which will be followed by project team.
Key Staff
Key staff will include all the member of project core team and also resorce manager and team
leader in the project.
Resource Manager: Resource manager as the role suggest is the individual who used to
look at managing different resources in an organization. Resource manager in the organization
used to see the future requirement of resources in the organization and on the basis of the same
used t manage different resources of the company (Kerzner, 2019).. Resources also used to look
at the resources of the organization and make sure that there is optimum utilization of resources
in an organization.
Team Leader: Team leader is the authority in the project team which used to work as a
mediator in between employee and project manager in the University. Team leader used to
provide guidelines and different support to different project team member in the project so that
they can carry out project in the University (Heagney, 2016)..
Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder Impact Comments
Students High Student are most impacted stakeholder due to this project. As
the main reason behind renovation of the hall is to enhance the
level of learning of the student in the University. As a result
