Objective
“To renovate Manchester based campus of QAHE”
QAHE is looking to refurbish and redevelop campus of business student in Manchester,
sole motive of doing the same is to increase a teaching space available in the campus. Main area
of focus in the same will be to restructure seating facility in the campus.
Approach
Phased Approach is the approach which will be used to find out the outcome of the
project. This approach will divide the work to be done into different phases. All the phases will
fall one after one (Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). Reason for choosing this Approach is
that it helps in overcoming resistance to change very efficiently as different lesson about the
work are learned in the early stage itself. Project manager will be coordinating with facility
management of QAHE after completion of every phase in an organization.
Key Staff
Project Manager: Project manager is the person who has overall responsibility of
carrying out overall project in an organization (Heagney, 2016). They generally overlook the
initiation, planning, designing, monitoring, controlling and closure of different activity in the
