IntroductionImplementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility has become the matter of primeimportance in the business companies with the objective of ensuring the existence of ethics inthe business activities (Rasche et al. 2017, p.45). Apart from the achievement of the financialgoals, the business entities intend to ensure that the business activities do not make the impacton the society as well as in the environment. Colby Furniture Company Pty Ltd has been chosenas the organisation for this assignment. In this assignment, the sincere efforts will be put inestablishing the aims and objectives along with the timeframes pertinent to the projectmanagement plan. The small-scale research will be conducted with the objective of gatheringthe information and data related to project. After that, the effective analysis of the data will beensured along with the appropriate recommendations. In addition, the reflective study will beconducted to understand the value of the project as well as its utility for supporting thesustainable performance of the organisation.
