Project Background
In the current stage, for immigrants it is quite difficult for them, to have a support available
where they can positively contribute their skills and knowledge to be a part of Australian
workforce The project (QA) Opportunity Australia aims to bring the interactive mediums to
bridge the gap by providing them proper leaning and knowledge on the employment
opportunities they can get. Further, the project aims to bring better outcomes for the employers
in Australia as well as for the immigrant.
Project goals and objectives SMART Goals
 The primary goal of the organization is to facilitate significant opportunities to the
immigrants so that they can successfully translate themselves into Australia's life and
work style.
 The Objective or smart goal that Opportunity Australia project works under is to build a
transparent and non-profitable business model as a long term opportunity for the
immigrants.
 The SMART goal of QA project is to find a pathway that leads to innovation, intelligence
and new opportunities for the new immigrants in Australia to make their lives successful
and fulfilling (Taylor and Olsen 2019).
 Another SMART goal of the project is to give self-employment and self-sustaining
opportunities to the immigrants so that they can develop and implement their own social
life with ease.
 The project's objectives also to develop a technology-based service for the upcoming
immigrants in Australia with better integration, networking and communication system.
Project scope
The scope of this project is to implement a system that is quite capable of bringing in highly
innovative, skilled and intelligent immigrants into Australia. The project also aims to educate the
immigrants to build a positive life with their skills so that they can develop themselves quickly
into Australia life (Schaefer, 2019).
The scope of this project is also to develop the skills of immigrants so that they could show that
they are quite capable of being in the Australian workforce. The project aims to build this system
in over 12 months of the period that will involve the technology enhancements and the wages for
the workers that are included in this project. The project also has some specific boundaries that
can be supported with the technology use such as by:
 Having an online translator: The online translators will come in use where in places the
English are not the first language

 Mobile applications: The website will provide more exposure to the project
 Web application: The projects aims, visions and the way we are working will be
accessible to the clients through our web applications.
With the implementation of these systems the project will be able to work in different avenues
and will gather more engagements with a wide audience. Additionally, it will be able to give
better solutions to the immigrants.
Project Deliverable
 According to the goals, and smart objectives of the project opportunity Australia, the
system and support will be able to facilitate and develop enough education and
encouragement to the families
 They are also aiming to encourage the immigrants that are coming to work with the
Australia workforce.
 The project will deliver a combination of many essential functions to the workforce in
Australia and also to the immigrants that are coming in, by advising and educating them
on the benefits that they can have with migrant work for bettering the economy of
Australia.
 The project will also entice the potential employees by granting them work that can bring
a better outcome for Australia (Kliem and Ludin 2019).
 The project will also deliver by advising the essential knowledge and advises to the
emigrants.
Strategic alignment of project
The strategic alignment and the strategic objective of this project are to give high understanding
to the migrant, Australian community to inspire and to educate them to be the part of the
Australian workforce. The strategic objective of this organization also is to fulfill the
opportunities and needs of immigrants so that they can live a good life in Australia (Larson and
Gray 2017).
The strategic approach the project aims to bring in is to create technology that can be corporate
with vision and opportunities the immigrant and Australian workforce can get. The entrepreneurs
of the project are also trying to create bridges and networks for immigrants.
