successful. Nestle will complete the recruitment process in 3 weeks, the selection process in 2
weeks and will provide training to their employees for 5 weeks. Foe the researcher, the time
required in order to complete this research is 4 weeks (Desai and et. al., 2014).

Interpretation: From the above graph it has been made clear that 28 respondents thinks that it is
important to make recruitment, selection and training process by Nestle and 22 of them thinks
that it is not important for the company to undertake with this process.
P6) Communicating with Appropriate Recommendations
According to the above analysis, it is recommended to the company that it is important
for the company to formulate effective plans and policies in order to complete the selection,
training and recruitment process of the company to be successful (Hassan, Channa and Lashari,
2017). These processes must also be done in a bias free manner. Further it is also recommended
to the company that it should invest m ore in the R&D Activities of the company so that it can
eliminate the barriers effecting the smooth running of the business.
P7) Reflection
In order to complete this project I had chosen 50 respondents on the basis of random
sampling. This method was used to make the research bias free. With their help I was able to
make valid conclusion about the research topic. This project has also improved my learning
skills and knowledge about this topic which directly contributed towards the personal and
professional development of an individual. While conducting this research I also encountered
with some issues which were about how to collect data form sources which were later removed
by taking help from family, friends and teachers and helped me in conducting the research in an
efficient and effective manner. Further I also encountered with some other issues related to
insufficient funds and completing the work in time for which I also took help from my family
and teachers. From their help only this project has been completed successfully in time.
CONCLUSION
From the above assignment it is concluded that it is not easy to complete a project easily
but there are a number of aspects on which it is necessary to look upon such as the cost, time
scope, quality, etc. which plays a major role in making the project successful. Improper
management of these aspects can give wrong results. Further it is also concluded that Gantt Chart
and WBS help to divide the complete tasks of the project to be in time.
