the employees. The company takes proper care of all the employees and satisfy their needs and
wants. The talent management motivates the employees and make them loyal towards the
company. Tesco also focuses on enhancing the training programme for the employees that make
them more qualified and enhance the performance of their business. There are several challenges
that can be faced by a company in order to manage talent (Fernando and et.al., 2018). All the
employees working in the organisation are different from one another and that causes problem in
managing them. There is need of checking the performance of the employees on regular basis so
that all the challenges can be overcome. The company may face issues if they are unable to hire
