1. Overview
The paper mainly showcases on the family who wants to move from Queensland to
Perth as Jeff who is family head has got appointment as a Marketing Director in one of the
organizations of Perth. Jeff wants to move to Perth along with this wife “Kelly” and two
children Will and Lexie. It is found that the present house n Queensland needs to be vacated
by 20th January whereas the new house of Perth where Jeff will move along with his family
will be commenced on 27th January. As the children’s of Jeff have to attain school on 31st of
January and as they does not have any relatives in Perth therefore they want to move to the
new house as soon as possible. Moreover, the assumed budget for the project will be $15,000
and it is necessary for the project managers to complete the relocation within the specified
amount successfully.
2. Assumptions and criteria that are used for preparing the milestone list
It is identified that there are number of assumptions as well as criteria that are
required to be consider in order to prepare the milestone plan as well as the task list of the
project are generally illustrated below:
Resources: The required resources for the purpose of relocation will be easily
available as per the assumption. The human resources as well as other facilities which are
necessary for relocating the entire family of Jeff to the new city. The availability of resources
are considered to be beneficial as due to the presence of the resources, the work of the project

skills of handling project effectively by making the required changes within the project. The
skills and knowledge which I have got from this particular project will act as a guidance for
me and will help me in handling the project effectively. The strategies of change management
