1.1 Background of the case study
The paper mainly reflects on the construction of strip footings. It is found that the main
aim of the project is to create components of project management plan by utilizing proper
information. It is found that the construction of the bungalow will generally be supported with
the brick piers as well as timber joints whereas the roof is tiled properly. It is found that
bungalow that is constructed mainly includes six different rooms in total, kitchen dining, lounge,
main bedroom, guest bathroom, second bedroom as well as laundry. It is found that the
construction of Bungalow project is quite helpful in providing proper business value to the
construction company.

The main aim of the project is to properly construct the bungalow on strip footings that
will further include six different rooms in total including main bedroom, second bedroom,

Scope validation is mainly defined as one of the procedure that is helpful in formalizing
the acceptance of the completed deliverables of the project. The main benefit of the entire
process is that it generally helps in bringing objectivity for the acceptance process that further
