It is found that the main aim of the project is to create components of project management plan by utilizing proper information. It is found that the construction of the bungalow will generally be supported with the brick piers as well as timber joints whereas the roof is tiled properly. It is found that bungalow that is constructed mainly includes six different rooms in total, kitchen dining, lounge, main bedroom, guest bathroom, second bedroom as well as laundry. It is found that the construction of Bungalow project is quite helpful in providing proper business value to the construction company. 1.2 Project aims and objectives The main aim of the project is to properly construct the bungalow on strip footings that will further include six different rooms in total including main bedroom, second bedroom, kitchen dining, lounge, guest bathroom as well as laundry.
