INTRODUCTION Project management can be defined as application of the process, methods, knowledges,skills and experiences for achievement of the objectives of projects. The present project I in thename of “Recycle - Protect the environment- Improve community lives” is a innovationrelated with recycling of the old plastic waste and turning the same into furnitures items andother household usable things. The same are displayed for online sales and in exhibitions at cityhall to raise funds. The innovation and ideas is base on dual thought of environmental projectionas well as making the communities a better place to live with enhancing the quality of life. Theaim of this project is to raise funds with as this will directly assist in investment on the projectand future activities for improvement of the condition of both human lives as well as theenvironment. The projects is initiated with a view of raising funds so that it can be invested infuture activity of collection and recycling of the plastic waste and converting them into furnitureitems. In past a small innovation was done in this regard as it was a success. The benches adtablas made are still in the certain parks and community centre of the city.The present project proposal is made to raise funds oft the community project of“Recycling waste”. This community project is working in a direction of collecting and recyclingthe plastic wastes and sale them in the local community. The local government support thiscommunity project but so far due to the lack of funds the project have not yet achieved theheights of success which it deserves to attain. The funds so raise will be contributed to thecommunity project engages in recycling of the plastic wastage and converting the shames inuseful furniture (What is project management?, 2018). The furniture so made is donated to theorphanages, school educational institutions as well they are placed in the parks and vicinities.The main of the community project is to make an environment a better place to live andmotivating the people to make sustain the environment and the vicinity more healthy.The project proposal is made with taking into consideration the APM that is projectperformance Management (PROJECT PLANNING, DELIVERY, AND CONTROLS, 2018). Inmaking this proposal for the projects on online selling the plastic furniture made form old pascalwaste and to exhibit the same in city hall is prepared with coherences and preciseness withtaking into consideration the scope, quality, risk, schedules, budgets, resources about the projectsand its implementation. 1
