marketplace. Most of the companies use various methods for the analysis of their
business (Alexander, 2019). Atlassian is famous for its JIRA software, which provides
an agile methodology for project management and other serveries. The software
industry is highly popular because of its various solutions for business problems and
other issues. Most of the companies face challenges in their business processes,
which are related to data and information. Atlassian provides many advance
facilities to their customers and it is famous because of its unique services
(Evertson & Weinstein, 2013). The company has provided cloud-based services and
it is the best company in the world (Atlassian(b), 2019).
In this report, the current state of the company will describe based on their
achievements and reputation in the market using JIRA software and its updated. It
will explain the issues in project management and impact of risks on the project in a
negative way. This report will provide details about the industry sector and the
domestic market of the company. Atlassian is an organization that provides a
platform for software development and project management (Daly, 2018). This
report will explain the history of the company and its rationale. In the later section

quarter. It is a big growth for the company. Gross profit of the company is also
increasing every year that is a good impact on the clients of the company.
Issues related to the quality of the project
Project management is a process in which various basic things matter a lot in
the success of the project. That was based on internal and external processes as
well. In addition, the company is always having risks in project management
because of the lack of management and external issues (Alexander, 2019). There
are many things in project management, which have been related to the main
project development. The company has performed better in the field of project
development. The main aim of the company is providing better services on time to
their clients, which is a huge promise from their clients. Therefore, the company has
required good employees to provide products within the deadline (Boyle, 2017).
