Introduction
Project management is referred as the process of directing the team in command to attain
project goals and objectives. It is described in the form of documentation which is created at the
beginning of the process and it includes scope, time, budget and many more (Higuchi and
Yamanaka, 2019). The following discussion is based on the project initiation document and
stakeholder analysis along with the stakeholder analysis matrix and work breakdown structure.
Discussions are also made on the critical path analysis and work breakdown tree diagram
structure along with the work breakdown structure with proper findings and conclusion in
context of managing the project on the basis of the trip to Japan of the University students.

Project Initiation Document (PID)
Project Background Project background focuses on the ethical and
environmental ethics issues in which the two
weeks’ field trip to Japan is discovered in order
to find out some interesting sustainable
projects. This project has a scope to create
awareness in relations of business
sustainability and its consequence on the
environment of business. Moreover this is a
trip which supports the university to improve
their public relations and international relations
also along with the other universities and
colleges (Chi, Chang, Takahashi and Chang,
2019).

Budget £60,000 + £10.000 workforce charge. Budget
needs an assessment of future expenditure or
incomes. Budget is a mainly a plan
administration matter and an objective. The
budget requires an analysis and an assessment
of the future expenditure and incomes which is
a major plan administration matter and also an
objective. Moreover, the staff cost is
approximately 60000 euros. Other calls include
the medical insurance of 3000 Euros and plane
ticket of 12.5 euros. Visa fee includes 2000
Euros and transportation to and from the
airport along with around the city in Japan
