1 INTRODUCTION
Project management is defined as methods as well as process of implementation that
includes experience, skills, knowledge in order to achieve goal and objectives of given project
work (Jiang, 2015). It has five stages such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring
& controlling and closure phase. This is important for every project manager to follow proper
plan, policies and stages so that goal and objectives can be attained in an effective manner. The
given assignment is based upon QAHE (QA Higher Education Limited) headquartered at United
Kingdom. The student studying acoustic are facing problem in setting space which should be
developed by them in most proper manner. This report includes project initiation phase and work
breakdown structure.
2 Project Initiation Document (PID)
Project Initiation Document (PID) is defined as document which entails scope, time,
direction and other elements that are significant for project success (Johnson, 2017). This contain
information about team, scope, collaborations and many more. It is prepared by project manager
for attainment of their set results. It is essential for internal as well as external stakeholders and
administration. The respective organisation has prepared PID for their easiness to know about
various information. PID for provided proposal are given below:

Start Date: 11th February, 2020
End Date: 13th March, 2020
Budget: £100K

Project Manager: Andrei-Razvan Goga
3.2.2 Project Background QAHE is regarded as leading education institutions that
focus on providing education to students of UK as well as
London Campus having more than 2000 students. It is
facing issue of space so they will develop and improve
space to provide benefits to stakeholders (Golini,
Kalchschmidt and Landoni, 2015).
Through providing of teaching spaces as well as
communal areas, respective education institutions can
provide high quality education as well as attract large and
new students, partners and universities. Moreover, the
improvement in space problems leads to create new
campus that assist in attracting local as well as
international agencies and organisation.
4.2.3 Purpose of the Project Main goal of given project work is setting out plans about
what actions should be performed in order to achieve
success in an effective and efficient manner. Moreover,
along with this it is setting scheme of project as well as
providing details of each and every stages and procedure
which should be performed.
5.2.4 Project Objectives Development of space for business students

6.2.5 Project Scope Project scope is defined as collection of objectives as well
as requirements which are needed for completing project
work (Mihic and et. al., 2015). The main scope of given
project work is to enhance quality of learning as well as
improving space for business students studying at QAHE
London Campus. They can perform this by constructing
two building such as Lower Ground 1 and Lower Ground
2. This assist in attracting large number of students,
improve goodwill of respective educational institutions.
7.2.6 Key Staff The key staff of QAHE includes students, faculty
members, business partners, sponsors, societies,
administration and government.
8.2.7 Key Risks It is defined as uncertain as well as circumstance which
can impact objectives of project work (Susiawan, Latief
and Riantini, 2019,). These can be high and low depending
upon the situation. Some of the key risks which can be
faced by QAHE are:
Issues of transportation
Delay in delivery.
Problem of electricity that delay each and every
activities.
Noise issues
Problems of tools, machinery and equipments
Meteorological problems such as flooding, drought
and others.
9.2.8 Key Constraints There are three key constraints of project work such as
cost, time and quality. They are described below:
Cost- This project work has made budget of £100,000.00.
Here, cost approach is defined as top down costing. From
initial phase of budget, 10% is saved for contingency
