Development of the marina near Jamestown wharf has been considered one of the best approach for attracting the tourists and promotes tourism in the Saint Helena Island. The purpose of thisreport isto highlight the aspectsrelatedto the stakeholdersand communication management within the project considering the successful and efficient delivery of the project. A business case is also proposed considering the various deliverables of the project.
