INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to the discipline of applying the specific processes of leading
the work of a team to achieve the goals and objectives and meet the criteria at the specific period
of time. The primary of the project management is to accomplish the all the project goals within
the given time constrain. And all information about the criteria are described in the project
documentation that is made at the beginning of the development process. The primary constraints
includes it scope, time and budget, and the secondary challenge is to optimize the allocation of
the all the essential inputs and apply them into the practices in order to meet the pre-defined
objectives. The objective of the project management id to produce complete projects that are
align with the clients objectives or requirements(Kerzner, 2018).
In addition to this planning and coordination is the essential aspect in the construction
project in order to meet the objectives in the given time. Planning refers to the process of making
the pre-plan for the activities which is required for accomplishment of the goals, and
coordination can be seen as the process of managing resources in the organised manner so that
higher level of operational efficiency can be achieved for the given project. This report is consist
of the Gantt chart that will illustrate a project schedule, three major elements that is ceded to
complete project along with its time duration, analysis of the allocation of labour, plant and
material with reference of health and safety legislation moreover it includes the structure of the
project management team (LARSON, and GRAY, 2018).

Gantt chart is a bar chart which is commonly used in project management. In which it
given visual view of tasks scheduled overtime. It gives a graphical view of scheduled which
helps and support to make plan, coordinate along with particular task and element in a project. In
the relation of construction Gantt chart shows a clear visual colour bar presentation a number of
particular task with in certain time of period. The managers of projects use construction Gantt
chart to implement or adjust the task, relationships, lead the task period, update outcomes, select
the resources and generate cost reports etc. In the construction Gantt chart, construction
management is responsible for the project. Construction management is a professional service in
which it combine with high project management studies, theories, and model of plan, structure

and construct a infrastructure. As usually construction management involves the control of
project period, budget, safety records, inspection of construction, risk administration and quality
sureness. So in this construction management along with the task have been used in construct
many places for example: schools, home residential, hospitals, airports, hotels or many other
thing. All the things comes under the construction management. How work is going on it shows
through Gantt chart with the help of graphical method (Picciotto, 2020). Lets move forward
why Gantt chart is useful in construction management. Time and project management always
consider as a critical in construction administration projects. Construction Gantt chart are great
for leading or managing different kinds of projects relationships. Such as task in manner way, the
preference level of particular project. The dependency of project, time duration of particular
projects and more. In this construction Gantt chart build a huge network based upon logical
progression among a final success of a task. Gantt charts are best way to recognise or analyse the
work performance and way to keep construction projects on scheduled and make sure to
