5. Meeting with the project team
It is found that proper meeting will be conducted for the project team members so
that the team members can share their problems as well as views in context to the project.
The table that is provided below reflects on the meeting that is conducted with the project

6. Reviewing project management plan
After successfully reviewing the project management plan, it is identified that it is
very much necessary to change the method that is used for managing the project. It is found
that utilization of proper project management strategies is helpful in managing the entire
project within the expected time so that the project goals and objectives can be achieved.
7. Reviewing program schedule
After reviewing the schedule, it is identified that the time that is mainly assigned for
finishing the activities of the project is not enough and thus it is quite necessary to re-estimate
the time that is generally required for executing each of the activities of the project so that the
project can be finished successfully.
