Introduction
Project management is the activity which is work as an effective techniques for use of
setting higher standards in the project working industry. There are different techniques
provided to make effective services to their customers to ensure about the project
management sources to make a better working in organisational firm and make systematic
growth (Cao, 2021). There are different operational work at the transport for the growth in
London which is beneficial for completing the project in provided in the report to complete
