and ending the work of a particular team in the organization to achieve some of the specific goals
of the organization.

the organization must make sure that the following project fits into the recent trends and adapts
itself into every new aspect.

has seen the introduction of millennial in the workforce (Cicmil et al., 2017). The millennial
