INTRODUCTION
It is a method that provides direction to the team and motivates team work to achieve the
goals and objectives on time is called as project management. It is important to achieve the
project goals within specified period of time (Ahmed, 2018). The deadline is vital to be followed
in project management. It is important to analyse and arrange finances for the project and to
carry on the same successfully. In this report there is discussion related to the design of network
diagram, management of the stakeholders, the working structure, risk assessment and assessment
of various aspects, like the acceptance criteria, expectations for quality, the computation and
description of quality. It is vital to conduct proper study related to these points in order to
manage the project effectively. This work entails network diagram, network management, a
mechanism for breakdowns, risk evaluations, and evaluation of variables such as consistency
standards, acceptance requirements, and philosophy of quality and measurement.

Network diagram
A network diagram is a schematic representation of a project's operations and events
(Buganová and Šimíčková, 2019). It shows how each activity of project is applicable to others, to
complete the assignments, and so the tasks are complete before the certain tasks. Basically it is
graphical representation of the figures. It helps to make the users understand all the things in a
