a) The project will be completed in 27 days.
b) The staring and finish date of the project are respectively and 1/6/2016 and
13/6/2016.
c) The list of task following critical path
None of these tasks are critical.
d) No, the annual holidays are not affecting or making difference in the end date of the
project.
e) In order to complete the task instead of 3 weeks in 2 weeks I would have make
changes in the field application phases and for requirement gathering also I would have reduce
the total time.

If the field testing phases are reduced then, in order to reduce the rate of error the
project manager and the project team members will work harder to avoid application level
issues.
In order to reduce the duration advanced automatic data collection approach and
advanced data gathering approaches are required to be adopted. In addition to this the project
manager should hire expert team who might understand the requirement much accurately.
After Modification
a) In order to reduce the resource over allocation issues I analyzed the time requirement
in details.
b) List of critical tasks
All the activities are critical in this project.
c) No, the resource constraints have no impact on the project requirement and project
detailing.
