Vision of the project-

According to the case project, in Victoria City, it will has to create an Information technology
centre. To implement this information technology centre, the estimated budget of approved
land in which the c entre will be build is $125. In addition to this, the other budget that are
utilized for developing the information technology which is used for the next five years is 40
million.
Objectives of the project-
The objectives of the project state what kind of benefits are obtained from the
businesses by applying the information technology. The objectives of the project as follows:
