1. Project goals and objectives
The main goal of the project is to construct a bungalow on strip footings by including
external walls that are double brick veneer whereas the internal partition walls are generally
constructed by using timber studwork.
The objectives of the project are reflected below:
To construct a bungalow on strip footings
To get the work financed by the bank loan which is generally paid in four weeks
To complete the construction of six rooms in total, kitchen dining, main bedroom as well
as guest bathroom
2. Business Value
It is found that the project mainly aims to construct a bungalow which mainly includes
six room in total including kitchen dining, lounge, second bedroom, guest bathroom as well as
laundry. In addition to this, external walls are double brick veneer whereas the internal partition
related walls are generally constructed with the help of timber studwork. The construction of the
bungalow will be helpful in earning profit.

The scope of the project mainly includes:

Roof tiled that is further laid on timber trussed rafter
