A traditional or Waterfall lifecycle best suits the project as this approach is
structured and measuring the progress of the project against the pre- defined
milestones is easy. There are five simple steps in this model, viz., Specifying
requirements, Getting the design done, Implementing the same, Verifying and
finally maintaining the signage. The main advantage is that a clear estimate of
the total costs required is done prior to the beginning of the project.
