Introduction:
Reflection is a key element of learning experience which helps to shape the personality
and professional development of individuals. The self-reflection or self-reflective practice is not
only about the negative experience, but it is also a tool which provides the direction of evaluating
thought process, knowledge and belief and strength of the individuals. Consequently, this
structured method of evolution boost self-esteem and self-confidence, empower individuals. This
paper will provide a discussion regarding experience while working in the project in following
paragraph.
Discussion:
An overview of the meaning of professional practice:
Reflection defined as an analytic practice which provides writers with the opportunity to
describe and emulate the experienced writer has experienced before. While the reflective
practice is effective in the clinical setting to evaluate the practice and personal skills of health
professionals, the reflective practice is also an effective practice in any professional field,
especially in business in order to improve the practice through continuous evaluation of personal
and professional skills. Reflection is more commonly used in the form of an informal tool in any
setting. In the context of self-reflection, I would like to state that this reflective process helped
me to gain the understanding of my professional practice. Hence, it is an effective practice for
