The intended audience of the <Project Name> PMP is all project stakeholders including
the project sponsor, senior leadership and the project team.
2 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF PROJECT CHARTER (T2171 Manage Project Scope)
Project Summary The purpose of the project is to develop a detail kitchen renovation plan for
improving the values of home and other kitchen functionalities. For managing
the scope of the kitchen renovation plan the house owner will inspect the
building development codes.
The total time considered for renovation of the kitchen is 3 months. After some
time it s determined that the project time is increased by 3 days and thus needs
to be reduced to complete the entire project on-time. The role of the builder is
to complete the equipments installation work within estimated budget and time.
In order to complete the renovation plan a change request form is asked.

After successful completion of the kitchen renovation plan the house owners
will receive commercial benefits and the Bogan building and Plumbing will get
business profit. Kitchen renovation is a worksite project and as the company is
