the real world experience where the professional is to be conducted so that the real life goals to
be set and it should be implemented in a proper manner. The simulation I often found to be an
important tool which has facilitated the organizations in the development of the experiential
learning environments by which I can be able to solve my issues in the context of HR
management.
Thus it should be through simulation, that I will be able to facilitate the identification and the
improvement of the skills and abilities. This could be possible through the realization of the
different groups of individuals by acquiring and developing understanding of the people and self.
This realization will help me enhance my leadership and communication skills which are very

achieved when I will be able to have real time project experience and manage the experiences of

The chosen method is simulation. I have been selected simulation as the method of experiential
