Executive Summary
This project is based on discussing about the development of a proper form of project plan for
the intended project based on the development of a training schedule. This training would be
intended for the benefit of the organisation. The following presentation would thus help in
depicting the entire outline of the project. This presentation would define the scope of the
project, set milestones for the project and would also mention the project deliverables. This
presentation would also include the WBS, schedule of the project and the activity diagram of the
entire project scenario.

1. Project Scope Statement and Milestone
The project scope objectives could be defined as the entire set of objectives that would be
able to meet with the needs of the organisation. With the impact of such kind of scope of the
project plan, it would be helpful for the business organisation to provide a useful training to the
new employees. The project for designing the training sessions would also be able to determine
the key requirements of training, determination of schedules, estimate the budget and thus be
able to determine the final deliverables of the project.
2. Project Deliverables
The deliverables of the project would be able to define the final outcomes from the
project. This would be able to define the objectives of the training and the learning outcomes that
would be derived based at the end of the training.
The deliverables of this project based on the inclusion of training sessions would be
helpful in planning the schedule of the training. Based on the impact of this training, the
employees would be able to learn about the latest technological ideas and studies that would be
provided to them.
At the closure of the training sessions, an individual would be able to make use of such
kind of technologies, which would be beneficial for their career and also be beneficial for the
growth of the success factor of the organisation.
3. Work Breakdown Structure
The WBS structure presented here defines the entire duration of the undertaken training
project.

The project initiates by planning of the required training software and study modules. It
also defines the aim of the training and checking of computer systems. The next steps discusses
about the definition of training requirements and selecting the training vendor. After the
successful performance of the training, the closure of the project is made. Based on the entire
WBS structure, the tasks are performed accordingly.
4. Project Schedule
The schedule of the project defines the entire schedule of the project. The entire set of
activities are defined in this part. It also defines the date at which the project would initiate and
the closure date of training.

This diagram depicts the entire set of activities that are performed within the project.
