PROJECT COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
Stakeholder matrix
Stakeholders Information transfer
medium
Frequency
Scholars Face-to-face transmission of
data
In this ratio of convey the
information is high.
Communication between the
students is done in all the
activities and events of
induction. Without transferring
the data induction program is
not successful.
Faculties Seminars and meetings Frequency of transmission the
data is moderate. All the
teachers are communicating
the information related to the
task and project. They
generally talks in meetings and
seminars to guide the students
for achieving the task.
Parents Formal notice or circular Frequency is very Low in
stakeholder matrix because
they only communicate at the
time of enrolment or at the end
of the orientation program. But
it is important to communicate
with parents to know the
strength of the students.

Communication plan
It refers to that policy- driven method that giving the stakeholders with data. It is a formal
communication where information is very specific and what channel of communication is used
by the person to deliver the data from one person to another. In context of Bloomsbury, there are
various communication plan that can be explained below(Matso, 2016). Teachers and staff members- They are are working employees in the institution who
guide and share the information with their students for completing the task in an effective
way and they also motivates the students for good working. Scholar- They are the key and important player for the Bloomsbury institution. An event
can be planned for them only. In this firm use face to face communication so teachers can
easily transfer the formal information about the academy.
Parents – these are the important stakeholders in this communication plan. In this parents
ensure that the orientation or induction program can be done well as per the expectations.
So parents will be satisfy to send their child in that institution(Ren, 2016).
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that planing for project is very important for
efficient and effective outcomes. In this Bloomsbury institution, use Gantt chart, network
analysis, critical path analysis for managing the time in project. It use resource analysis,
budgeting and various cost baseline to manage the cost of the project. Furthermore they analyse
the risk by identify, analysis , and making the risk matrix. And at last they analyse the
communication tools which was effective in transferring the information from other person. For
this institution make communication plan and stakeholder matrix.
