Project Plan The management of Astra Plc wants to launch the health and fitness app which is required to develop a project plan which has been described below: Aim of the project-The primary aim of Astra Plc to launch this app is to diversify the product portfolio of the company in order to gain the brand equity of the company. Title of the project-The suitable title for the project is to “An app for health and fitness”.
