Construction management considers the effective management of project
planning and coordination phases including cost, quality, scope, safety,
schedule, and function. CPM also used to ensure that the end results meet the
project sponsor’s requirement in order to generate financially and functionally
viable project.
Aim
The aim of the project is to construct an effective project plan for a small
company named Elite Construction Industry which is situated in Finland.
Refurnished the certain building under 50,000$ within 30 weeks
Deliverables
The deliverables of this project are to provide a cost-effective project plan which
will assist the construction manager and other stakeholders to achieve their aim.
