INTRODUCTION
The business project report is critical topic where focus of assess met is on evaluating on
specific project planning and implementation. In accordance with case study it is determining
that Alexis manager is production manager of magazine publishing company Red. The form has
36 permanent employees which comprise, editors, production staff, sales, advertising, marketing
and support staff. The lease of office will last in two months and therefore production manager
who is working with company from past 6 months is responsible for shifting office from one
location to another without much disruption to key stakeholders that is employees, customers and
suppliers.
The key staff of Red comprise company accountant Meg Natoli, sales manager Byron
page, editorial manager Sandra Ngo, IT manager Bob Breamn and office manager Stella
Breman. In planning every person worked according to their job role and assisted production
manager with every delay and details of office plan which helps in managing smooth planning
like Meg discussed about project software which can easy management of all information. Thus,
the support from key employees helped in appropriate planning and implementation of office at
new location.
Thus, the assessment will outline very bit of detail about project by determined scope of
project and involvement of key stakeholders. Further, it will discussion about development of
project plans and administration and monitoring of project with final reviewing and finalization.
The assessment will be done with the help of 34 open ended question which will be reviewed
and answer in accordance with discussion of case study.
MAIN BODY
Part A: Define project
1. Planning and implementation of new office where the managing director aim at shifting office
from one location to another without disruption of employees, customers and suppliers. The
lease of current premises will end by 2 months and that why Red have only 2 months of planning
and implementing new office. In this scope of project is to plan systematic design according
detailed analysis presented by Nick managing director. As per project focus of manager will be
on making plan for floor and drafting budget prepared by Meg. Thus, it can be said that scope of
project is based on shift in location within 2 months and focus on proper designing and location

in order to manage disturbances which will come up with shift. It is necessary of project to
derive addition charges in advance for managing stability in budget plan.
2. Defining stakeholder group when planning for project is important because it helps in deriving
whom to approach for in particular case (Waber, Magnolfi and Lindsay, 2014). Like project
sponsors are external investor bodies of organization who are convinced with pitch of production
manager and ready to vest in business plan. However, manager, employees and key personnel of
project are internal stakeholder of group belong to different department like IT managers,
accounting team, members of marketing and sales department, etc. Further, there are staff
members who holds special responsibilities are from internal expertise department or can be said
that head o every functional unit of publishing company like editorial manager, accounts
managers, etc. In addition, there will be customers who are key stakeholder group of
organization and are external bodies of Red. Lastly, there is funding bodies who are external
investing body of Red and will vest their time and money in project plan of shift of office from
one location to another.

order to protect individual
interests.
Editorial manager The manager will be
responsible for approving
designs and managing work
regardless of location change
and mismanagement. The
focus of manager will be
ensuring that every person has
laptops for time being in case
the person will have to work
from home.

manager and in start of
planning because it is
important for the
production to clarify all
the changes and
disruption which can
occur when changing
location.
IT manager The person will ensure security
of computers and laptops when
working is disrupted
environment. In this Bob the
IT manager of Red will be
responsible for rewiring and
networking office, taking
backup of data, moving IT
accessories to new location,
etc.
