Project Goals and Objectives
The primary goal of the project is to design and construct a bungalow. For this purpose,
some predetermined specifications have already been provided.
The project objectives are listed as follows.
 To develop the blueprint of the bungalow based on the specifications
 To recruit labor for the construction of the bungalow
 To construct the bungalow as per the blueprint
Project Scope Statement
The project scope statement includes the following.
 Design of the blueprint of the bungalow based on the specifications is within the
scope of the project.
 Design of each of the floor and wall specification is within the scope of the
project.
 Purchase of the necessary materials for the project is within the scope of the
project.
 Construction of the bungalow is within the scope of the project.
