to different third party business in the UK region. Now
organization is looking to organize a trade show at a
platform which can help the company in promoting the
different offering in the market to encourage business in
the market. In current scenario organization used to
offer variety of different It supportive services to third
party, but now Softwire is looking to bring good amount
of automation in warehouse and logistic operation of an
business.
Risk:
There are many risk associated with organization of this project, one of the biggest
risk for the project manager is financial risk as any shortage of finance. Another risk
which is associated with conduction of the project is the scheduling of the event. This
risk may take place when all the employee in the organization are not clear about the
different activity which they need to perform in the organization.
