Risk Management in Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning

This project proposal focuses on implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the IT industry and managing the associated risks. The proposed methodology involves secondary research to gather information on ERP implementation and risk management. The project also discusses three software options for risk management evaluation. The expected outcomes include insights into ERP implementation and effective risk management strategies. The project structure includes sections on executive summary, aim, introduction, significance, software listing, software evaluation, discussion of results and problems, and recommendations.

Aim of the Topic:
The main aim of this project is to implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the
IT industry and to manage the risk management for implementing the ERP in the IT industry.
Proposed Methodology
The project methodology that is used for this project is secondary research methodology
which will help the researcher to collect information about the implementing Enterprise
Resource Planning and managing the risk that might occur while implementing ERP.
List of software for evaluation
There are many software that are used for managing risk in an organization. Three
particular software that will be used to carry out this research study is
 Optical SmartStart
 Parapet, and
 CURA Software
These three software are used for managing the risks in an organization.
Expected Outcomes
From this project, the researcher will learn to implement Enterprise Resource Planning in
IT industry and the researcher will also know about how to manage the risk that might occur in

the organization after implementing the ERP. This project also states the about three risk
management evaluation software that are explained in this project will help to manage the risks.
