Aim of the Topic:
The main aim of this project is to implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the
IT industry and to manage the risk management for implementing the ERP in the IT industry.
Proposed Methodology
The project methodology that is used for this project is secondary research methodology
which will help the researcher to collect information about the implementing Enterprise
Resource Planning and managing the risk that might occur while implementing ERP.
List of software for evaluation
There are many software that are used for managing risk in an organization. Three
particular software that will be used to carry out this research study is
ï‚· Optical SmartStart
ï‚· Parapet, and
ï‚· CURA Software
These three software are used for managing the risks in an organization.
Expected Outcomes
From this project, the researcher will learn to implement Enterprise Resource Planning in
IT industry and the researcher will also know about how to manage the risk that might occur in
