Executive Summary
JyotiVIC has been facing certain operational problems and hence, the management
was looking to implement a new ERP system that will solve the system issues and
problems. Accordingly, a project charter was provided earlier to the management.
The charter has been approved and in this document, a project plan has been
developed for the project. As per the estimations, the project will require around
164 working days and a budget of approximate $90,000.

3PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
This project involves implementation of ERP system for JyotiVIC in which, all
the various departments can be integrated within one common system that will not
only enhance the communication between the various departments but will also
provide the organisation to have more centralised control over all the departments.
In addition, it is expected that a lot of manual work can be replaced by automated
processes that require manual handling only. This paves the way for faster and
error free work output that is desired by the company.
In this report, a project plan has been developed for JyotiVIC regarding the
implementation of the ERP system within the existing operations.
Project Scheduling
As per the plan of the company, the entire project needs to be delivered and
the ERP system needs to be fully functional by 2020. Accordingly, the project
schedule has been developed as shown in the following table.
