So, in this report researcher is going to focus upon employee turnover. The key intent of this report is to perform a qualitative research plan. For this report, the undertaken company is Marks & Spencer, which is growing retailers that sells home and food items, clothing and others. The topics which are going to be covered in this report are research topic, research problem or questions, qualitative and quantitative research, action research, case study research and data sources. Apart from this, an interview guide is developing in which selection of interview participants; plan for interview questions and plan for interview analysis are discussed.
