INTRODUCTION
Learning is most significant aspect in every individual life because it helps in improving
personal and professional growth. It is important to consider because it helps in learning new
things through which diverse problems can be resolved (Cheng and Chau, 2016). Without having
appropriate learning the skills cannot be employed in order to have sustainable development. In
the project report there is discussion on the learning style, Belbin team roles and Myer- Briggs
type Indicator.
LEARNING STYLES
Definition of learning
Learning is considered as a process that allows to have acquisition of knowledge or skills
so that overall experience can be advanced. It has been noticed that learning can be advanced
through application of diverse standards in context to education. Learning is the act of acquiring
new, or modifying and reinforcing existing, knowledge, behaviours, skills, values and
preferences. In addition to this, it can be stated that knowledge and skills acquired by the
structured process can be considered as learning. It helps in improving social and behavioural
tendency because it impacts directly on the experience level.
Significance of learning
In addition to this, it can be stated that learning is most significant aspect in every
individual life because it helps in improving personal and professional growth. It is important to
consider because it helps in learning new things through which diverse problems can be
resolved. Without having appropriate learning the skills cannot be employed in order to have
sustainable development (Halawa, Hamed and Shehab, 2015). It has been witnessed that learning
assist in responding the dangers and react so that key aspects can be well maintained in desired
manner. Along with this, it also assists in advancing the positions so that work experience can
also be advanced.
Learning Styles
There are number of learning styles which are generally adopted by individuals for
sustainable development of skills. Classification of learning style can be as Kolb learning and
Vark learning style. In addition to this, Kolb learning style is an experiential learning model
which assist in experience development through skills learning. In this style, person mainly

focuses on the experience level advancement in order to meet standards. On the other side, the
Vark learning is mainly classified in diverse ways such as visual, aural, read and write. Contents
should be covered the below having an effective consideration of model the kinaesthetic skills
can also be advanced effectively (Park, Blenkinsopp and Park, 2014). It assist in meeting long
term goals and objectives so that sustainable values can be attained. There are mainly two type of
learning styles that are described as follows:-
Formal learning: Informal learning style in which it comes through experience as it has
not any set of objectives regard to learning results. It will be organised in different manner as it
gives opportunity to the individuals to participation on social activities.
Informal learning: It is that type of learning style that are organised by an institution or
any other department that provide training to the individuals. There is a set of learning objectives
by the company for its employees to provide learning in structured manner.
PHYSIOLOGICAL TEST
a) Vark Test
On the basis of Vark learning style I can state that my visual skills is at average level
which allows to ensure that I am offering appropriate response in respect to outcome. In addition
to this, it can be stated that aural skills level is 7 which advances the effectiveness at work
process. Along with this, read and write skills also need to be improved because it assist in long
term sustainability.
VARK can be define as Visual, Aural, write/ read and Kinesthetic which is mainly used
for learning data that shows the individual reflection. The questionnaire of VARK that indicate
the profits of an individual’s regards to its learning preferences.
I adopt the VARK Questionnaire and the results are described as follows:-
 Visual: 1
 Aural: 9
 Read/ write: 4
 Kinaesthetic: 10
From the above VARK questionnaire that indicating that I am a Multimodal which means
there are multiples preferences. The Score of Visual 1 that shows that I am not cable in that
specific area as I am not trying to adopt learning requirement (Bayasut,Pramudya and

Basiron,2014). I got score 9 in Aural section and 11 in Kinaesthetic that shows I am strongest in
that section. I have to focus on the hearing for the further improvement.

c) Belbin Test
Team role summary description
In the Belbin team roles which are identified almost around 9 team roles within the
organisation. These team roles are as follows-
 Resource Investigator- The main strengths of resource investigator is that have an
ability to explore the opportunities and establish relationship by developing a contact
with others. Whereas, the weaknesses of these team roles is that they are very over-
optimistic and sometimes they lose their interest at the beginning stage.
 Team worker- It is those who can effectively identifying the needed work and done the
work on the behalf of its team group. The major strengthen of team worker is that they
are more co-operative, diplomatic and also perceptive. The major weakness of team
worker is that they avoiding the confrontation.
 Coordinator- They are mainly focus on the objectives of team and delegating the work
to its member in proper manner (Senaratne and Gunawardane, 2015). The main
strengthen of coordinator is that they are more confident, it also identified the talent and
clarification of goals. Therefore, the major weakness of coordinator is that they are more
manipulative.
 Plant- They are those person who are more creative, have a imagination power, develop
ideas, solving out the various problems and able to think free (Ganesh and Ratnakar,
2014). They are those who ignore the incidents is the main weakness of plant and not
able to communicate in effective.
 Monitor Evaluator- They are those people who have an ability to make judgements
partially when they are in need. The main strengthen of monitor evaluator is that they can
able to sell all type of options and make the judgements in accurate manner. Thus, the
major weakness of that team role is that they do not have the capability to inspiring the
others people.

 Specialist- They are those person who have a depth knowledge in their field in the teams
as they are independent mind people. It delivered a depth knowledge and skills in their
specialist.
 Shaper- The role of shaper is that they are make sure that team are keep going without
any momentum. The main strengthen of shaper is that they are more challenging and
dynamic
 Implementer- The role of implementer is that they required to planning workable
strategy as soon as possible (Senaratne and Gunawardane, 2015). The main strength of
the implementer is that they are more efficient, reliable and practical in nature. They are
very slow in responding is the main weakness of implementer.
 Completer finisher- They are those person who can scrutinise the work at the end and
make sure the work quality is under the standard. The main strengthen of complete
finisher is that they are more perfects and weakness is that they are reluctant in
delegating.
My personal role is a monitor evaluator in ABC Company under which my personal role
is that to make judgements partially (Ferreira and Langerman, 2014). From the above, team role
of Belbin model I am able to make judgements and able to sell all type of options and make the
judgements in accurate manner.

Feedback from friend, relatives and colleagues
The feedback getting from the relatives, friends and colleagues members through which
they said that I can able to handle situations and able to interacting with the other people which is
the best strength. Therefore, sharing expertise outside the firm is one major strengths that I
deliver to other people.
D) Myer- Briggs Test
It is that type of tool under which they are mainly used for the purpose of advanced
algorithm that make prediction in which they enjoy job (Nacke,Bateman and Mandryk, 2014).
Thus, it is highly based upon factors these are as follows-
 Personality match- It shows that how well individuals unique personality match with the
unique job profile.
 Job itself- There are some jobs that are more enjoyable than the others jobs Other factors- Job enjoyment are majorly influenced through skills, career aspiration
and personal values (Talib, Riaz and Iqbal, 2014).

In addition to this, it can be stated that communication skills assist me in interacting with
diverse members which allows to build better relationship. Along with this, it can be stated that
by having an appropriate selection of learning style according to specific needs assist in meeting
key goals and objectives. Link between personality and preference is also significant to consider
because it ensure that key values are being accomplished effectively. It has been noticed that
actual information about the skills is significant to consider so that long term opportunities can
be advanced.
Review
It has been noticed that I am having a proper communication with colleagues which
allows me to have better understanding about the aspects. Interpersonal skills are also well
enhanced which allows to accomplished key goals and objectives so that long term sustainability
can be advanced in critical manner. Other than this, there are few weaknesses which impact the
overall development. Improper time management is one of critical aspect which might affect the
development. Along with this, my emotional state is also high which creates an issue and affect
overall outcome. Emotional time of treatment is also not according to standards which affects the
development process.
In addition to this, it has been noticed that I am well focused towards step by step
approach in order to resolve the issues. With an assistance of this, key aspects can be advanced
in order to meet key goals and objectives. By having an application of structured methods the
problem solving method effectiveness can be advanced. However, the formative procedure
knowledge is not appropriate which impact the overall process in negative manner. It has been
noticed that by having an improvement in learning process the issues can be resolved effectively.
Opportunities
It has been noticed that there are number of opportunities which need to be referred by
individuals so that long term sustainability can be advanced. In order to have continuous
development of skills the new idea of approach can be considered as critical aspect. With an
application of methods the issues can be resolved and lead to impressive level of success
(Popescu and Predescu, 2016). Along with this, diverse methods can be referred which assist in
improving logical and analytical skills so that goals and objectives can be accomplished in
desired manner. By having a self-learning techniques and discipline the issues can be resolved.
Person can improve his professional knowledge by having a consideration of seminars and

lifelong learning process. It assist in make sure that continuous development of methods is
significant so that goals and objectives can be accomplished. Moreover, the promotion of goal
oriented promotion is significant to consider because it assist in meeting key goals and
objectives. With an application of methods the key issues can be resolved in order to lead
individual development towards better success. Using diverse methods in regard to continuous
development of interpersonal skills will assist in improving capabilities which assist at
workplace.
CONCLUSION
Summarising the whole report, it has been concluded that there are number of learning
styles which are generally adopted by individuals for sustainable development of skills.
Classification of learning style can be as Kolb learning and Vark learning style. In addition to
this, Kolb learning style is an experiential learning model which assist in experience
development through skills learning. It has been also analysed that communication skills assist
me in interacting with diverse members which allows to build better relationship. Along with
this, it can be stated that by having an appropriate selection of learning style according to
specific needs assist in meeting key goals and objectives. Link between personality are the
