Abstract
It is the research project is to ascertain in detail “analyse the overall importance of talent
management process in an organisation of tour and travel industry”. In order to enhance the
understanding about the topic an organization is taken as the base company which is Neilson. In
the present report, researcher conduct various activities in order to perform their task and attain
the goal within limited time period. In order to complete the whole research in an effective
manner, two methods are selected by the researchers with the help of which information’s are
being gathered. Along with this, questionnaires are also developed by the researcher in order to
conclude the whole research. In addition to this, some recommendations are also going to the
management team of the company on the basis of whole research so that they can perform all
their functions in an effective manner.
