This report aims to focus on the project scheduling and control plan for NBN broadband network
Company of Australia. In this context, it can be said that the mentioned company set a goal for
them to provide a high performing and reliable broadband network among their users for better
accessibility. This particular scenario describes that the mentioned company of Australia would
engage themselves to provide their users different types of service level to their subscribers
according to their purpose, as they would deliver 25 Mbps (megabytes per second) peak
wholesale download data rate for the premises, and 50Mbps peak download data rates to the
fixed-line network (nbnco.com.au, 2018).

In the case of this mentioned company, it can be said that the broadband networking company
sets the goal for them to provide a high performing and secure internet connectivity to their
subscribers to enhance their service to the customers. In this context, the mentioned company
would like to set some specific goals, through which they can achieve their objectives easily and
properly (Jackson, 2015). In order to retain old customers and also attract new ones towards
them, the company needs to set up an innovative IT structure within their company background
as well as employing qualified employees. This ensures the security of all the users within the
