In the previous stages, different approachesto time management and planning of time have been evaluated for managing the project ofconstruction. Stage 1 has identified the information about risks and issues that can be a reasonof the failure of the project (Walker, 2015). The study has analysed that, construction projectis more complex and time consuming that requires proper scheduling of the tasks as wellrisks that can influence the process of working.
