measured over a scale to determine the gap between both the performance. After
determining the issues proper guidance as well as training must be provided to employees
so that error made by them can be rectified which in turn improve the overall
performance of employees.
Effective leadership practices: The British American Tobacco must focuses toward
providing the employees with effective leadership practices where they must get the
proper guidance and support from the leaders. This in turn help them in avoiding the
chances of error and at the same time enhancing their skills which support them in
performing well.
