classroom. To convey the information between staff and
managers, student and teacher, parents and children, it is
necessary to talk and share emotions.

To promote communication, it is necessary to choose right mode
to express emotions and point of views. There are many signs to
communicate such as sign language, verbally/ orally,
telephonically, written through e-mails, pictures, etc. for
communicating face to face and using correct posture is also
very important to present themselves. It is necessary to know a
person with whom to talk and knew his nature if he is not
comfortable to listen then it is wastage of time as well as efforts

convey messages more easily and chances of misunderstanding
will be less; it mostly happens in family. But there are many
people who interact with me. At that time, use of sign language

Speaking and learning different languages will help to overcome
from this situation. Communicate with different types of people
belong to different religion will help to express our views with
more confidently and make ourself free to communicate.

Different language is a biggest barrier to effective
communications. Each state has their own mother tongue and it
is not necessary that every individual know all languages. When
people from two state meet and talk they dont know how to
communicate at that time they use sign language to express their
views. Next barrier is inappropriate method of communication,
as it is difficult in choosing words and languages inappropriate
style and tone will affect individual's personality and did not
express his emotions what they are trying to say.

interpreters or translators, this help to communicate with

people without their knowledge and agreement. If they are
