Part 1 Scenarios
Scenario Part 1
In order to develop the communication plan, the following aspects
will be considered since external contractors, full time and part time staff
are hired.
The internal staff needs the information regarding their targets and
procedure to deliver the services. Apart from this, contractors need to be
informed regarding the changing way of communicating where they will
have to use to digital mode of communication. On the other hand, the
conflicting interest may occur as a result of technological innovation
where the external contractors and internal staff may face issue in
interacting with each other. At this juncture, particles including internal,
external staff and contractors will be provided training at the same place
to communicate via upgraded computers and phone systems. At the same
time, on-the-job will be offered to them by appointing an internal team
member. Further, monthly meeting will be organized with the external
contractor and part time staff to increase their awareness for
technological change.
Team member like contractors and internal as well as external staff will be
involved in the decision making that will encourage them to participate in
a new system. However, it is the fact that employees resist the new
system due to a lack of knowledge. Owing to this, a practical approach will
be shown wherein they will get to know the contribution of the new
system in saving the time, cost and increasing efficiency. Apart from this,
based on the legal procedure, contractors will be provided prior
information related to new communication procedure. Also, the staff will
be communicated about the new procedure. Also, it would be ensured by
getting the feedback that a new communication plan is up to the market
by getting the insights from the contractors, employees and more
importantly, clients.
