INTRODUCTION
Professional development is defined as learning process and maintaining professional
credential like as academic degrees to formal coursework, informal learning opportunities and
attending conference that are related to practices. Professional development helps people to
become more intelligent and practical in their field. In other words, professional development is
defined as ongoing process that continues learning trough individual's career. This is important
for organisation to understand the problems of people then provide professional services which
can help to solve the problems (Allen and et.al., 2016). Professional development is using by
people in provide the better quality of services in which they are proficient. This can make feel
good and healthy to people. This report is based on Domiciliary care setting that is related to
workplace in UK that can help to people to provide the extra care for making feel them good and
healthy. For set up the Domiciliary care there is need to register with Care Quality Commission
which is legal requirement in Health and Social Care Act 2008. All care taker needs to give
proper attention to their patients at their homes as they are professional in their field and operate
their business successfully. This report will answer some questions that relates to professional
practices in Domiciliary care.
MAIN BODY
Health care and supportive care by a professional caregiver in the individual home where
patients and clients are living. The care is provided in group accommodations like clinics and
nursing homes is known as Domiciliary care. For providing extra care and clinical services to
patient provide a satisfaction and bring improvements in health. For example, Helping Hands is
domiciliary care in England, UK that provides quality home care to over 83% of homes. This
care provided to people who still lives in their homes and require additional support with
activities (Example of Domiciliary care, 2020).

provide a experience and confidence to people that they are able to provide services and
products. In health and social care working is not always static as it changes and patients to
patients who required health care services. For this legislations and direction are also changes
