This research focuses on understanding the behaviour of customers towards the takeaway approach that improves the performance of the company. The study is based on Indian Balti Express, an Indian takeaway located in Harlow, UK. The aim is to analyze customers' behaviour, determine the importance of the takeaway approach for increasing profitability, and identify key takeaways over consumer attitudes and behaviour towards Indian Balti Express. The research methodology includes a deductive approach, descriptive research design, and quantitative data collection methods. The key findings and recommendations suggest that Indian Balti Express should focus on keeping the ordering process smooth and effective and analyze customer tastes and preferences to improve market presence and satisfy customer needs.
