1 Research title
The research title of this study is to evaluate the importance of vertical communication in
resolving information conflicts within an organization: A Case Study on X in Ajman FTZ.
Introduction
1.1 Rationale
This study is effective in gaining the understanding of the research matter. This study could
deeply evaluate the significance of vertical communication. It could also lead to deeply
evaluate the role of vertical communication in resolving information conflict in the firm. In
the current era, it is complicated for the organization to effectively communicate their
workforces in the long-term due to higher competition and providing different components
and skills offered by the organization to workforces (Forbat, Teuten, and Barclay, 2015).
Herein, the implication of the vertical communication could supports to the workforces for
improving their skills as well as knowledge commitment about the organizational work.
Through this, the major aim of this study is to identify the best practices to increase their
workforce’s commitment that could be imperative in the organization to enhance the positive
relationship among the workforces, which could directly affect the overall performance of the
organization. In this, this study is effective for the organization with respect to determine the
factors that might effect in conflict management (Toubiana, Oliver, and Bradshaw, 2017). In
this, the organization effectively evaluating factors and such components try to decline the
occurrence level of such components, which improve conflict management issues to ensure
the success of employees (Lee and Edmondson, 2017). Moreover, an organization uses
technical skills and improves the existing performance of the business. In this, the
organizations effectively accessing such components and try to decline the occurrence level
of workforces of evaluating the success of company X in Ajman FTZ. Apart from this, the
result of this study would be imperative for organizations to examine their practices. It would

resolving conflict management. Moreover, the selection of effective method could leads to
obtain favourable result. In recent business era, it is crucial for the firm to keep a transparent
relationship with its employees, as it would lead to accomplishing the aim of study. It could
be effective in getting reliable information about research matter. It is evaluated that this
study could support to determine the impact of human resource practices to increase the
satisfaction level of employees. It could be imperative in determining the methods to imply
the vertical communication tool to improve the conflict level of employees (Aakhus and
Bzdak, 2015).
2 Conceptual underpinnings
Kapucu and Garayev (2016) stated that the downward flow of communication could be
effective in operating business activity. The communication flows from the higher level of
the firm to the firm to the lower level of downward communication. It is stated that
communication from top management could play an imperative role in the attainment of the
organizational task. In this, the subordinates could follow the command chain and converse
with their top management, which could be known as downward communication. The
communication flow is practiced by the executive to change the work-related data to

candidates. In this, 50 workforces to conduct this study for evaluating the vertical
communication in resolving the information about conflict management in the working place.

facilitates to select the participants by considering different factors like age, gender, region,
