1 Meaning of organizational mission and strategic direction
Organizational mission
Organizational mission is the main purpose for which the company exists and mission statements
are define the company approach and objectives. It’s provided the organization with an effective
guide and clears for making all decision. Missions statements are also define the company’s
corporate strategy.
Strategic direction
Strategic direction define the actions taken to achieve the organization goals and it
includes the actions and plan that needs to place in work toward vision of the future for the
company. The organization to establish strategic direction and define the process.
2 It is important to create a link between organization goals and the responsibilities and
activities of staff in the organization
Organizational goals are the strategic objectives for the company’s management and it
plays a main role in establishing connection between the various parts of the organization. It is
important responsibility for staff to achieve company goals (Margolis and Ziegert., 2016). Every
organization understands the essential goals to achieve better link between with all staff of the
company. Organization goals provide direction and guidance and motivate the employees so its
main establish linked between staff for organization. Goals promote the planning to define the
achieve company goals and it is understand by all staff to organizational activities and
responsibility.

Organizational commitment plays an essential role in determining an employee will stay the
company for a longer period of time and achieving the organizational goals. Organizational
commitment is to build in many ways such as create a strong company teamwork culture,
maintain work ethics and increase the innovation of new technology. Organizational
