INTRODUCTION
The current report is divided into three parts, first section explain the contribution of mini
project workshops in development of my employability. Second part summarized benefits of
each items included in workshops in my further career after graduation and also justify its
importance in context of this module. Furthermore, in last part of this study varied things will
clarify regards to employability.
PART 1
Mini project workshops contributed towards development of employability
To order to achieve professional and personal aims person need to develop their
employability more and more. It refers to attributes of individual that make them capable to
maintain and gain employment. Here, mini project workshop is developed and designed to
enhance awareness and development of employability. It is one of the best ways I can used to
make my professional career more stronger rather than other people. It helps me to comprehend
importance of employability and skills related to it. By giving chance to learn something new
project workshops work effectively and contribute in development of my employability which is
quite beneficial for further growth. It includes CV writing, SWOT analysis, comprehend
employability and group work. Learning and developing employability skills are very hard in
recent time and also very important for me because it allows me to work effectively while doing
job in big company.
It will contribute toward improvement or enhancement of my employability by offering
new and effective activities that may be useful and beneficial for professional career.
Experienced and qualified training professional teach or delivery all the things that help me a lot.
Mini project workshop caters me with everything I need to produce a clear, concise introductory
concept on developing employability capabilities. It contributes towards development of my
employability because its aim is to build strong workforce with skilled applicants who are able to
perform their role and accountabilities.

within a team with effective collaboration as well as communication. While performing in
corporate sector I have to perform in team to complete or achieve specific aim and objective of
business. Without developing my group work ability I would not be able to participate in any
activity. With the help of this workshop I was able to enhance or develop my group work skills
better than the other individuals (Brinkley, McDermott and Munir, 2017). Furthermore, with this
opportunity I have learn how to conduct SWOT analysis and CV writing. It also makes me
capable to find out ideal job for myself and allow me to completely understand the employability
concept.
By having a good CV I can understand which job is better for me as it help me to identify
my abilities, skills and experience and then I can found the best job. After knowing what is my
ideal job and its requirements I can improve my existing abilities and skills accordingly. It can be
said that without understanding own capabilities and weakness no one can perform effectively
either in professional or personal career. It is very essential for me also to comprehend my
personal strength, weakness, opportunities and threat because it make me more stronger as I am.
It makes me more employable because after understanding my personal SWOT I determine my
weakness and things which I had to improve. I can say that after attending project workshops I
can make myself more employable and capable to do any work. I can say that group work item
learn from mini project workshops help in my future after graduation when I work with well
reputed firm.

After completing graduation everyone wants to get better job in their lives because it
makes them stronger and able to live with happiness. No one can obtain their desire job when
they do not have appropriate knowledge and employability skills. From above analysis it has
been examine that project workshops contribute in development of my employability, it makes
me stronger rather than before. Through minis workshops I learn how to perform in group that
help in my future after completing my graduation. I think group work is important and beneficial
for professional & personal life. It helps me to expand my knowledge better than before while
within a team with effective collaboration as well as communication. While performing in
corporate sector I have to perform in team to complete or achieve specific aim and objective of
business. Without developing my group work ability I would not be able to participate in any
activity. With the help of this workshop I was able to enhance or develop my group work skills
better than the other individuals (Brinkley, McDermott and Munir, 2017). Furthermore, with this
opportunity I have learn how to conduct SWOT analysis and CV writing. It also makes me
capable to find out ideal job for myself and allow me to completely understand the employability
