INTRODUCTION
The current report is divided into three parts, first section explain the contribution of mini
project workshops in development of my employability. Second part summarized benefits of
each items included in workshops in my further career after graduation and also justify its
importance in context of this module. Furthermore, in last part of this study varied things will
clarify regards to employability.
PART 1
Mini project workshops contributed towards development of employability
To order to achieve professional and personal aims person need to develop their
employability more and more. It refers to attributes of individual that make them capable to
maintain and gain employment. Here, mini project workshop is developed and designed to
enhance awareness and development of employability. It is one of the best ways I can used to
make my professional career more stronger rather than other people. It helps me to comprehend
importance of employability and skills related to it. By giving chance to learn something new
project workshops work effectively and contribute in development of my employability which is
quite beneficial for further growth. It includes CV writing, SWOT analysis, comprehend
employability and group work. Learning and developing employability skills are very hard in
recent time and also very important for me because it allows me to work effectively while doing
job in big company.
It will contribute toward improvement or enhancement of my employability by offering
new and effective activities that may be useful and beneficial for professional career.
Experienced and qualified training professional teach or delivery all the things that help me a lot.
Mini project workshop caters me with everything I need to produce a clear, concise introductory
concept on developing employability capabilities. It contributes towards development of my
employability because its aim is to build strong workforce with skilled applicants who are able to
perform their role and accountabilities.

After taking part in project workshops I have learn how to perform in group and work
within a team with effective collaboration as well as communication. While performing in
corporate sector I have to perform in team to complete or achieve specific aim and objective of
business. Without developing my group work ability I would not be able to participate in any
activity. With the help of this workshop I was able to enhance or develop my group work skills
better than the other individuals (Brinkley, McDermott and Munir, 2017). Furthermore, with this
opportunity I have learn how to conduct SWOT analysis and CV writing. It also makes me
capable to find out ideal job for myself and allow me to completely understand the employability
concept.
By having a good CV I can understand which job is better for me as it help me to identify
my abilities, skills and experience and then I can found the best job. After knowing what is my
ideal job and its requirements I can improve my existing abilities and skills accordingly. It can be
said that without understanding own capabilities and weakness no one can perform effectively
either in professional or personal career. It is very essential for me also to comprehend my
personal strength, weakness, opportunities and threat because it make me more stronger as I am.
It makes me more employable because after understanding my personal SWOT I determine my
weakness and things which I had to improve. I can say that after attending project workshops I
can make myself more employable and capable to do any work. I can say that group work item
learn from mini project workshops help in my future after graduation when I work with well
reputed firm.

Portfolio contents
After completing graduation everyone wants to get better job in their lives because it
makes them stronger and able to live with happiness. No one can obtain their desire job when
they do not have appropriate knowledge and employability skills. From above analysis it has
been examine that project workshops contribute in development of my employability, it makes
me stronger rather than before. Through minis workshops I learn how to perform in group that
help in my future after completing my graduation. I think group work is important and beneficial
for professional & personal life. It helps me to expand my knowledge better than before while

performing with other in future after graduation. When I learn how to work in team I can take
equal participation in achieving set aims of any company. When I work with other, I learn from
my group members by interacting and watching together. Because workers have diverse
backgrounds and skills, they are able to teach me as well as well as other applicant’s new ways
of performing by example. It supports me to develop a host of abilities that are increasingly
essential in professional world. It can reinforce skills that are suitable to both team and my work
including capability to break difficult task into steps & parts, manage time, refine comprehend
through explanation and develop better communication skills.
Moreover, I learn SWOT analysis, CV writing, ideal job and also understand
employability. All these items would support and aid in my further career in effective and
systematic manner. As it make me more able to improve my weakness that may be affects my
work and career growth. By analyzing the best opportunities I can gain it without wasting my
time, when I can develop new skills and knowledge it make my professional career stronger.
After analyzing all above things, I think that items included in mini project workshops
would be important for this module as it enhance understanding about the concept of
employability, skills and requirements related to it.

Reflection of the contents of CV
After going through the workshop and CV I would like to explain that the biggest reason
behind including communication skill in the CV was that with the help of workshop I was able to
build good written communication skill of mine in the organization. This has helped me in
improving the communication skill. Another important skill which is mention in the CV is the
problem solving skill, as it has been identified that I used to find it easy to understand the
different issue very easily and on the basis of the same I used to find out the solution of the issue
that easily in the market. Skill section of CV also used to show the different sort of the skills
which is possess by me and different strength of mine which will help me in carrying out variety
of professional commitment in the future as well. Experience section of the CV shows some of
the freelancing experience which is possess by me. As I always believe that doing practical

activity is the best way to sharpen up the variety of the skill which is possess by you in the real.
After that Education section of the CV used to highlights detail information about the education
which is possessed by me.
What is employability?
Employability in my thought generally means the capability of the individual to get the
employment to showcase the different skills which are possess by them in the market and also
the way employee can full fill the different responsibility which are asked by the job in the
organization. Employment in simple generally means different sort of the skill set and
knowledge which is possess by the employee so that they can become more likely to be selected
by the organization for the different jobs which are currently opened in the organization. In my
thought there are many different type of thing which needs to be considered by me in regards of
employment of career. Career ownership is one of them as I used to believe that individual is
only responsible for career development and management of own career in the organization.
Another thing which I think which is always desire by the employer is that they used to demand
the individual in the organization who used to look at continues development and learning of
different skills in the organization. Also I used to believe that security is generally lies in
employment as this is the only thing which is in hand of the individual to maintain the job in the
organization.
What is your ideal job after graduation?
Biggest question which always used to occur in front of me at the time of pursuing my
graduation in the dream job which is desire by me. Answer of the same was the Chief Business
associated in cloth industry. As this was the industry which used to attract me toward the same.
There are some sort of responsibility which has to be performed by me for performing the variety
of the operation of this job. Biggest responsibility which will be in front of me was to maintain a
good sort of the client base in the organization, as it is one of the biggest issue which is faced by
all the organization in cloth industry. Another important responsibility which will be in front of
me to maintain a good sort of team work in the organization. As it has been identified that this is

the responsibility of mine will help the organization in maintain the good sort of human resource
of effectiveness of the organization. As I was on to one of the responsible authority in the
organization. So many different employee in the organization will look at me for solution of the
issue which is faced by them, it is my responsibility in the organization that I used to help them
with the variety of the issue which are being faced by me in the market. Also, there will be
responsibility of me to represent my organization in a way in front of other in the organization.
Looking at the expectation which will be desire by me from this job is that I want the job which
used to provide good sort of reputation in the market. Also, provides good sort of monetary
support to me in the market.
How will you search for jobs after graduation?
There are many different type of source through which I will search the different
organization who are offering the same job in the market. Some of the source are as follows:
Linked in: It is the social media platform which used to showcase the different feed at the
platform, they generally used advertise the different advertisement different opening of the
organization on to the linked in platform. Looking at the advantage of linked in it can be said that
it is the platform which used to help the individual in seeing more number of job profile as
compare to other recruitment platform in the organization. At the same time looking at the
disadvantage of linked in it has been highlighted that there are many false advertisement which
are also promoted on the linked profile.
Indeed: Indeed is the platform which used to promote the different CV of the employee
who are looking to have a job in the nation. Looking at the advantage of indeed it has seen that it
is the platform which is preferred by most of the recruiter to recruit the good number of the
employee in the organization. Also, at the same time it has been identified that indeed generally
find it difficult to find out the great job as they used to ask some sort of money from the
employer, so many organization do not prefer to use this sort of the platform to recruit the
employee in the organization.

skill, some of the employability which will be require is as follows:
Problem Solving, as this will help in getting the answer of different issue which is faced by me
or by the organization as a whole (Maciej Duszynski Article. 2020).
Communication: This skill will help me in building and bringing good sort of the clarity in the
organization.
Adaptability: It is the skill in the organization this will help me to understand the different thing
in the organization more easily and adapting the same in the organization as well.
Resource management: It is another skill which is require in the organization as with this I will
be able to improve mine as well as the efficiency of organization performance as whole.
There are many different type of the skill which will be also require by me to create good
sort of the employability some of them are leadership skill, scheduling skill and many more.

CONCLUSION
From above analysis it has been concluded mini project workshops contributed towards
development of my employability in effective manner. All the things that I learn during

workshops help in my further professional career. Workshops are meant for enjoyment and
progress it make different kind of changes within my life.
