INTRODUCTION Mental disorder is also known as mental illness or psychiatric disorder. It is generally a behavioral as well as mental patter which causes specific distress or impairment of individual functioning(Chenand et. al., 2020). There are several mental disorders which have specific symptoms which impact on the behavior of an individual. These disorders are generally diagnosed by the mental health professional or expert. There are numbers of mental disorder which an individual may faced such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorders and many more. The respective report is based on the main three mental disorders which a person may face due to specific situation such as anxiety, eating disorder and depression. Moreover it also includes how it causes as well as how it impact on a person. MAIN BODY Evaluates the causes of different mental health disorders There are several mental health disorders which a person faced during their lifetime. For a person it is essential to understand mental health disorder and avoid situation which leads to it because it negatively on the human which also encourage an individual to take wrong step. The main three mental health disorders i.e. anxiety, eating disorder and depression are mentioned below: Depression is considered as mood disorder. It can be described as a personal feeling of sadness, anger or loss which impact on their everyday activities. An individual experience depression in different form such as interfere within daily work, lose of time, less productivity. In addition to this it will also impact on the relationship as well as some chronic heath situation. There are several conditions which can get worse due to depression such as asthma, cancer, obesity, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, diabetes and many more(Dalsgaardand et. al., 2020). Moreover there are several symptoms of depression such as change in mood like anger, aggressiveness. Irritability; emotional dis-balance, loss of interest, using drugs, reduce sexual desire, lack of sexual performance, feeling sad and so on. There are several cause which leads to depression like family history, early childhood trauma, brain structure, medical condition, use of 3
drugs and many others. Furthermore, there are several negative impacts of depression such as risk of heart attack, feeling of clinginess, preoccupation with death, insomnia, weak immune system, weight fluctuation, and constricted blood vessels and so on. So in order to avoid situation of depression a person may adopt different practices such as regular exercise, plenty of sleep, reduce stress, developing strong relationship with others and many more. Anxiety is mental disorder characterized through feeling of worry, fear or anxiety which are strong enough for interfere with daily basis one activity. In addition to this, causes of anxiety disorder are complicated as many might occur at once, some may lead to other as well as some might not result to an anxiety disorder unless another present (Yang and et. al., 2020). There are possible causes of anxiety which are mention below :- Withdrawal from an illegal substance whose impacts might be strengthen the effect of other potential causes. Brain science as therapists clarified a few tension issue as misalignments of hormones just as electrical signals inside mind. Medical factors like symptoms of different disease, effects of medication and stress of intensive prolonged recovery or surgery (Yao, Chen and Xu, 2020). Stressors related to environment like relationship issues, family problem and difficulties at work. Apart from this, there are several symptoms of anxiety such as uncontrollable feelings of worry, increased irritability, concentration difficulties, sleep difficulties, increased irritability and many others. Sometimes these symptoms individual might face in their daily life as well as people with GAD experience these things at persistent or extreme levels. Moreover, GAD present a vague, unsetting worry as well as more severe anxiety which result in disturbing daily basis living of particular person. Eating disorder is the major issue which every single person have nowa days because daily life of everyone is busy and due to which they are not able to have healthy diet on timely basis.In spite of the fact that, dietary issue is depicted as disease which portrayed through sporadic dietary patterns and serious misery just as worry about individual body shape or weight. Thus, for individual it is important to eat in order manner as per the requirement of body because overeating result in several health related issues.As it is essential to treat scattered eating because of seriousness and complexities of such conditions just as complete and expert treatment who are had practical experience in dietary problem which is frequently crucial inside building up mending just as recuperation of patient. Treatment plans are utilized for tending to a few issues of man or lady might be looking in the reclamation of their wellbeing and prosperity and are frequently custom-made to meeting prerequisite of specific individual. CONCLUSION By analyzing above mentioned points it can be analyzed and summarized that there are several different types of mental disorder which a person may experienced in their life time such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorders and many other. All mental disorder has specific symptoms which impact human body negative. So it is essential for every person to understand it as well as they also needs to understand its negative impact. This is so because that will help them in understanding situation and adopting habit accordingly for avoiding mental health disorders. 5
