Purpose
The purpose of the paper is to ensure that the participants have been benefitted by the
session conducted. The particular concern of the section would be to ensure whether they
have been equipped with the activities that they have indulged with. The activities in concern
would be the one of the thought log and that of the mindfulness. The aim of the session
would b assist the participants in moving ahead in the course of their lives with the
perspectives that they have gained in the due course of the session.
This section requires the members to discuss among each other upon the attributes
that they have learnt as a member of the group. It is expected that the discussion would open
up the channel for the sharing the mutual concern among the members of the groups. The
session is conducted with the belief that the facilitator can resolve the conflicts that might
take shape in the course of the discussion. The members would also be provided with an
option for evaluation after the session gets over successfully.
The questionnaire for evaluation would include some part of the following questions
1. How the three-day session has benefitted them?
2. What according to them has benefitted them in their venture?
3. How do they perceive their status in respect of the Post-partum depression?
4. How do they plan to formulate their future course of action in order to move forward
in their life?

Objective of the session
1. To assist the members in reflecting upon the goals that they have created for the
future course of their lives
2. To assist the members in finding the course that would help them in moving
forward
3. To allow the members communicate among themselves
4. To motivate the members in solving the problems in an identified manners.
5. To allow the members to express their concern regarding their future
6. To provide the members with additional resources in order to assist them. The
resources will include un official support group, motivational books and series,
regular programs for the mothers to communicate with each other after the
completion of the workshops.
7. To allow the members complete the process of evaluation.
Proceedings
1. Members would be welcomed and congratulate them for their participance.
2. Each members is adorned with exclusive care
3. The progress and the perspective of the latest section would be discussed
4. Discuss the aim of the termination section
5. The confidentiality and the implication of the group would be highlighted upon.
6. Introduce activities in order to assist the members in living the next part of their life in
an effective manner. The Bucket list activities might include the communication and
the reflection of the participants about their own progress and the future course of
action that they seek to adopt in the later course of their life
